From there, our songwriters and musicians write and record an original song built entirely around them, then send it to you to listen to. If anything needs adjusting, we'll refine it until it feels right.

What exactly will I receive?

A fully produced, original song written just for your dog, delivered as a high quality MP3, plus a permanent online memorial page hosted free for life. It's yours forever, to play whenever you want to feel close to them again.

Is the song written by real people?

Yes. Our studio team reads every memory you send, writes the lyrics around the details that are specific to your dog, builds the melody to match the mood you chose, and reviews the finished song before it reaches you. We use production tools in the studio the way any modern songwriter does, but the words and the decisions are ours, and nothing goes out unheard.

How quickly will I receive it?

Standard delivery is ready within 72 hours. If you need it sooner, or for a specific date such as a service or a birthday, Priority delivery is ready within 24 hours.

What happens if I want changes?

You can request changes for 30 days after delivery. Tell us what feels wrong or missing, and our studio will revise the song so it better reflects their story.

How will my memories and photos be used?

Only to create and deliver your song, and to support revisions if you ask for them. We don't sell uploaded images, we don't use them for advertising or social posts without asking you first, and we don't use them to train AI models unless you agree to that separately in writing. Images are encrypted in transit and deleted 30 days after your order is complete, or sooner if you email us to ask.
