Shipping policy

Effective: 23 MAY 2026

This Policy explains how and when we deliver your order. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital delivery

Our custom song packages are delivered digitally. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to your song, lyrics page, video (if included in your package), and any other digital deliverables.

Typical delivery times (estimates only, not guarantees):

  • Standard delivery: within 72 hours of order confirmation
  • Express delivery (where included in your package or selected at checkout): within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Urgent delivery (where included in your package or selected at checkout): within 2 hours of order confirmation

Delivery times are measured during our normal production hours. Orders placed late at night, on weekends, or on public holidays may take longer.

We will let you know by email if anything affects your delivery time.

2. Delivery options

Express and Urgent delivery are available as part of certain packages or as an add-on at checkout. The delivery speed you receive is described at the time of purchase.

3. Physical delivery (The Keepsake)

If your order includes a physical Keepsake (such as a QR plaque or framed keepsake), the digital song is delivered first by email, and the physical item is shipped separately.

Estimated physical shipping times (from dispatch, not order):

  • United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 working days
  • United States and Canada: 7 to 14 working days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 21 working days

These are estimates only, provided by our shipping partners. Shipping is subject to availability in your country.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or charges imposed by the destination country. We are not able to predict or refund these.

6. Failed delivery

If a physical delivery is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, were unavailable to receive it, or refused the parcel without reason, we may charge you for re-delivery.

If a digital delivery fails (for example, our email is blocked or marked as spam), please contact hello@snoutsong.com and we will re-send it.

7. Risk and title

Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery. Title to digital content passes to you under the licence terms set out in our Terms of Service once you have paid in full.
