Copyright & DMCA Notice

Staticholding Ltd, trading as Snoutsong ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains how to notify us of copyright infringement and how we respond.
This Notice forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that material on our website or in a song we have produced infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent:

2. What your notice must include
For us to act on a notice, please include all of the following, in line with the requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (such as a URL or order reference)
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may delay or prevent action.
3. What we do when we receive a valid notice
We will:
- Review the notice
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if we determine the notice is valid
- Notify the customer whose order or content is affected
- Take any other action we consider appropriate, including terminating accounts of repeat infringers
4. Counter-notice
If you are a customer whose content has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. Send it to the address above with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your full name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (and, if you are based in the United States, the courts of the district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original sender files a court action within 10 to 14 business days.
5. Repeat infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Misuse
Submitting a false or misleading copyright notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages and legal costs.
7. International rights
For copyright claims arising outside the United States, please send the same information set out above. We will respond in line with applicable local law.
