This Privacy Policy explains how Staticholding Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Snoutsong, collects and uses personal information when you use our website (the "Site") or order our products and services.

Account and order information — name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number (if provided), and purchase history.

Order content you submit — the recipient's name, your relationship, the occasion, memories, special requests, and any other content you provide through the order quiz.

Voice recordings — if you choose to include a voice note in your order. See our Voice Recording Consent page for full details.

Payment information — payment is processed by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and similar). We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, and transaction ID.

Communications — emails, support messages, and chat content.

Technical information — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar information collected via cookies and analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

Marketing preferences — your subscription status and engagement with our marketing emails.

4. How we use your personal information

We process your personal information on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:

  • To deliver your order, including producing your custom song — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b))

  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims — our legitimate interest

For US residents, we process information under contract, legitimate business interest, or with your consent where required by state law (including the CCPA/CPRA in California).

5. How long we keep your information

  • Order records — 7 years (to comply with UK tax and accounting law)
  • Voice recordings — 30 days after order completion, then permanently deleted (you can request earlier deletion)
  • Marketing data — until you unsubscribe, then 30 days for suppression
  • Site analytics — up to 26 months
  • Customer support communications — 2 years from last contact

6. Who we share your information with

We share your personal information with the following categories of service provider, acting as processors on our behalf:

  • Shopify — eCommerce platform, hosting, and payment processing
  • Email and SMS marketing providers (such as Klaviyo) — sending you marketing communications you have opted into
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement, subject to your cookie consent
  • Google — analytics and advertising, subject to your cookie consent
  • AI music generation and voice processing providers — to produce your custom song
  • Payment processors — to process your payment
  • Shipping carriers — for physical Keepsake orders, to deliver your order
  • Customer support tools — to handle your enquiries
  • Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, and auditors, where required

We may also share information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK and EU, including in the United States. When we transfer your personal information internationally, we rely on:

  • The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Adequacy decisions where these are in place
