Use the Order update page first if you just want studio status. If your delivery window has passed, send your order number and the email used at checkout so we can check the queue.
Usually yes, if production has not started. Send the order number and the exact nickname, habit, phrase, photo, or story detail you want changed.
We use production tools, but the point is the brief. Your song is built from the details you give us and reviewed before delivery so it does not feel generic.
If it only sounds like a dog song, we missed. It should include the nicknames, weird habits, familiar phrases, and story details that make it feel like your dog.
If it sounds generic or misses the brief, tell us within 72 hours. We will rework it or refund you within the promise window.
Yes. Add them during the quiz if you can. If you forgot, contact us quickly with your order number and we will add them if the studio has not started.
Some dogs react to familiar words or voices, some do not. The song is made for the bond between you and your dog, with optional familiar cues they may recognise.
Delivery depends on the package, but digital orders can include the song files, album cover, lyrics, playlist extras, clips, or a profile page if included in your bundle.
For digital orders, no courier tracking number is needed. Order updates and finished files are handled by email and the digital order flow.
